09' Finale!!! Live Caricatures of the Year!

So Christmas season (or Grinchmas season at Universal Studios) has been really good this year. Not only was business booming, my drawings have been on par the whole time! And as a result I have many of my favorites here that were done within the past week! I've made alot of art this year and I feel I've grown quite a bit. That is an awesome feeling to have let me tell ya! Now lets improve ten fold in 2010! Happy New Year everybody! See ya next year!

Merry Christmas Everyone! AVATAR!!!

If you've seen this movie you understand why I had to draw this! One of the most amazing thing I've ever seen in my life! I highly recommend that if you haven't seen Avatar, that you stop losing at life and go see it! I did this with color pencil on grey paper! I really enjoyed working on this peace! I see how it could be better but I'm pretty happy with the outcome! I hope you all like it too! Merry Christmas everyone! I hope yours was blessed like mine was!

This is a good friend of mine, Cionni! Unique name, right? She's fun to draw and one day at work I was bored and didn't have a good pencil, so I used a regular pen. It was a little bit of work to do, but only because I'm lazy! gave it a little photoshop highlights and background! enjoy people!

Holloween Caricatures... well kinda!

I know, I know! This is mad late. I've been busy! Sue me! These were done on Holloween, but I didn't really get to go off on anybody unfortunately! Oh well, there's always next year!

This is probably my favorite live caricature ever! I perticularly like the girl, not the guy so much! She came out exactly how I wanted, color and all!

Don't really like this one, but they were the most interesting couple I drew on the 31. She was a cat. I don't know what he was!

I am very happy with this drawing. I do see where there can be improvement, but screw it. This was the most fun i've had with a drawing in a long time. Definately going to do more of these in the near future! Enjoy!

Bria Myles!

One of my favorite models to date, miss Bria Myles. I've been a fan of her photos for some time now and wanted to do a really good painting of her. It took me almost 7 hours to airbrush her, and it was kind of rushed. I am really pleased with how it came out though. check out the last one I attempted a few years ago. Here's a reference for its actual size. This is by far the biggest piece i've done ever! This was alot of fun to do, and I plan on doing another one soon.... or maybe later. More Live Caricatures! Big Fun!

These two were alot of fun! I drew a big crowd drawing this one, and their personality demanded it. When I showed them the drawing they went ape over it! They tipped me quite a bit and must have walked by the booth at least 2 or 3 times shouting out my name with excitment! It was crazy!



I'm pretty pleased with this one considering how quick it was done! As business slows I'll be working on my exaggeration skills. Look forward to that! I need alot of input on that subject so when the time comes please let me know what ya'll think! Peace!

More Live Caricatures!

This was a really good dude! He's big into mathematics. So much so he tutors people for it! He's only 19 crazy enough. He's tryna get into Law School. I wish him the best.

I find I still need to improve on my approach with my live caricatures. These aren't my best work obviously, but if anyone's got any advice on how I may improve please let a man know! Thanks Ya'll!
